Serra's service dept is outstanding! They have serviced 5 cars that I have bought there over the last 10 years and on every visit I have been more than completely satisfied. There service technicians are extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and helpful. They go out of there way to make sure everything they are doing is necessary and completely explained. The expert mechanics have always done quality work and left my car imaculate. My last service technician Brandon was especially helpful and and I would recommend him to all. Our 2020 Honda Pilot was having an issue with the radio cutting in and out. We were still in an extended warranty period. Serra fought hard with the warranty company and finally got approval for the repair after almost 4 weeks. They were great with communications and fighting for us. The service advisor - Paul was great.
Our entire experience with Jose and the dealership was nothing but a joy. We will be returning for future car purchases.

After having a nightmare of an experience at auffenberg Kia I was hesitant of even stepping foot at another dealership. I was just looking not fully shopping. Service Department is 1st class. They are attentive and responsive to your needs. Always friendly. We take all our vehicles to have service work done there, even our Hyundai and Ford Bronco.
Bought a 25 Honda Civic last year. Asked about the second key. Was supposed to get a call back. Still no key.
Although it always seems like my vehicles needs yet another service on top of the regular oil changes I go in for, the customer service is always top-notch at Serra Honda O'Fallon. I'm able to easily approve or deny services. I can ask for a ride to the local shopping center if I need it. The lobby is comfortable to wait in. No notes!
Jose was excellent as a salesman, help me with everything and walk me through every process. Kelly from finance also was amazing, the whole paper work was quick and easy with him. I truly love the experience with them, I totally recommend their services to anyone who doesn’t want to deal with rude dealers while trying to purchase your new vehicle. We had purchased a 2018 Honda CRV from a private party, but naturally there were things that would need attention. One of those issues was the AC. Serra Honda O'Fallon has an excellent service staff. If we take our Honda in for just an oil change, they check the van over thoroughly and the service tech, Cody, made sure everything done was to our satisfaction, done in a timely manner, and checked to see if any other maintenance activity needed to be performed. I have gone to several other service departments over the past several years and Serra Honda has never disappointed me.
At first buying a car after having my vehicle stolen and then having an accident in the rental vehicle seemed overwhelming. Although, between Wes and Collin the whole experience turned out AMAZING and Serra has a customer for life.
Jose is a rockstar!!!! The other sales associates are probably great, but this guy, oh man, he should teach a class to all dealerships on what it means to be a car sales associate. Took my ‘26 CRV in to Serra for its first maintenance at 5k. Oil change and tire rotation. Both were done in about an hour. Brandien was awesome, very approachable and knowledgeable. No upselling, no surly attitude, very patient and explained the future maintenance of my hybrid in a very understandable way. Kudos to him! He deserves a raise! I will definitely bring my car to Serra again. Highly recommended, and I’ve been burned by other Honda dealerships, so that carries a lot of weight.

Great service and ride to and from my home!
Took 2 CRVs in for maintenance. First was a 2020 CRV for oil change and assorted other items. Status communications was terrible. Finally had to go there to find out vehicle was ready. Got no prior notification. Second CRV needed air conditioner repaired. That was accomplished fine, but on the way home my wife got low tire pressure warning. There wasn’t anything wrong when dropped it off. Not sure if issue is thoroughness.

Paul in service was very nice and helpful . Suggested that we needed a front wheel alignment but I was hesitant on that . But after thinking about it decided to go ahead and do it. With no pressure from Paul . Need to get my tires rotated So We Will go back . Thank you guys for everything
