2024 Honda HR-V LX vs 2024 Honda HR-V Sport

Serving O’Fallon, IL

The 2024 Honda HR-V is the smallest SUV in the lineup, and it delivers all of the quality and great features you expect from a new Honda. This year’s model is comparable to the 2023 model year in all key areas, including in the available trim levels. The trims are the LX, Sport, and EX-L. Are you torn between the base HR-V LX and the mid-level HR-V Sport?

Performance

The 2024 Honda HR-V LX and the 2024 Honda HR-V Sport deliver an identical performance with a comfortable ride and excellent agility. These trim levels have a four-cylinder, 2.0-liter system that gives you 158 horsepower. A continuously variable auto transmission and standard front-wheel drive are included. Regardless of the 2024 Honda HR-V trim level that you decide on, your crossover will have the option for all-wheel drive.

Appearance

Overall, the 2024 Honda HR-V has gorgeous styling, chiseled accents on the door panels, and a swooping profile. The small grille is accompanied by a body-colored element that smoothly rounds outward to athletic air vents. The LX trim gives you 17-inch wheels and LED headlights. The HR-V sport adds 18-inch gloss black wheels, tinted rear windows, an upgraded grille design, and keyless entry.

Features

While the 2024 Honda HR-V LX and Sport trims offer many of the same features, a few are added to the Sport. The standard features in the LX are Android Auto, Apple CarPlay, three USB ports, a single-zone climate control system, a push-button starter, a 7-inch display screen with touch functionality, a four-speaker sound system and height-adjustments for the driver’s seat. The LX also has several advanced safety technologies, including a forward collision alert with auto braking, adaptive cruise control, and lane keeping assistance. The HR-V Sport builds on the LX trim’s features with a leather-wrapped steering wheel, two additional speakers for the sound system, and heated front seats.
